Pre-loved clothing

Every pre-loved piece gets a thorough once-over before it leaves us — we check carefully for any marks, wear, or damage, and anything that doesn't make the cut simply doesn't get listed. All items are washed and steamed as part of our care process, and your order arrives wrapped in tissue and tucked safely inside a waterproof courier satchel, so it gets to you in great shape.

Because of the nature of pre-loved items, we're unable to accept returns on clothing. We appreciate your understanding!

NZ wool garments & blankets

Our wool pieces are made right here in New Zealand by seriously talented craftspeople, using quality NZ wool. Once an item has been worn, we're unable to accept returns, so please check sizing and details carefully before purchasing.

A quick care note: all wool garments should be hand-washed gently in cool or tepid water using a wool wash. Treat them kindly and they'll look beautiful for years.

New toys

All new toys come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects — basically, anything that shouldn't have gone wrong.

It doesn't cover normal wear and tear from regular play, accidental damage, or anything that's been through the kind of adventures only kids can dream up! Toys are designed for indoor use only, so please keep that in mind.
